Fin Seal Flow Wrappers
Campbell Fin Seal Wrappers are designed for a wide variety of products to be wrapped at high speeds. Fin seal wrapped products include bakery, bars, confections, individually wrapped slices of cheese, sandwiches, and more.
Shrink Flow Wrappers
Shrink Wrappers are designed for products that require shrink/polyethylene film. 300 packages per minute can be achieved. Applications include baby/tub wipes, greeting cards, pizzas, stacks of paper, sticker cards, tortilla shells, and more.
On-Edge Flow Wrappers
On-Edge Flow Wrappers are designed for products that travel through the flow wrapper and are packaged standing on edge. On-edge products include cookies, crackers, frozen hash browns, frozen meat patties, rice cakes, and more.
Inverted Flow Wrappers
Inverted Wrappers are ideal for hard to handle products such as air fresheners, catheters, coffee filters, greeting cards/envelopes, licorice, syringes and others. Products load directly onto a moving web of film eliminating transfer points.
Dual Lane Flow Wrappers
The Dual Lane Wrapper offers increased productivity for low-profile products such as cookies, crackers, meat patties, and more. Two lanes of products are wrapped simultaneously producing packages at speeds up to 1,200 ppm.
Side Seal Flow Wrappers
Side Seal Wrappers produce packages with three side seals to provide an unobstructed print surface on both the front and back side of the package. Products include mailers, syringes, tea bags, and others.
Wet Wipe Flow Wrappers
Campbell Wet Wipe Wrappers produce resealable packages for a variety of wet wipe applications including baby wipes, household cleaning wipes, and personal care wipes. Machine speeds up to 150 packages per minute can be achieved.
Product Distribution Systems
Campbell’s Product Distribution System automatically distributes up to several thousand products per minute to various individual flow wrapping machines. Each module in the system is fully interfaced to the product backlog and supply system, ensuring consistent feeding to the wrappers on the production line.
