600 gallon Jacketed Hemispherical Kettle (Scrape)

The machine was manufactured in 2020 and is National Board certified #49. The jacket is rated at 100 PSI at 338 degrees F. It is equipped with a variable speed Horizontal mount agitator (scrape) with additional panel blades for increased “fold” agitation. The machine is equipped with a hinged lid and S/S safety grate. The entire lid and safety grate can be tilted up with a pneumatic lift mechanism. There are three discharge ports and the discharge valving as well as the steam trap on the discharge are included. The kettle was mounted on load cells and the load cell system is included. The stand-alone control panel (Stainless construction – approximately 24″ X 16″ X 48″ high is included. Previous use was in a national brands food facility.
