Dual Vibratory Feeder Bowl System
2013 High Speed – Dual Vibratory Feeder Bowl System Capable of feeding small parts at 100-200 Parts per Minute
Two 24” Vibratory Feeder Bowls – will orient and feed various styles of CONNECTORS and MISC HARDWARE COMPONENTS to a pair of gravity tracks where the parts would be counted and transported to a corrugated box.

Two 24” Vibratory Feeder Bowls – will orient and feed various styles of CONNECTORS and MISC HARDWARE COMPONENTS to a pair of gravity tracks where the parts would be counted and transported to a corrugated box. The parts will be oriented single file past a count station at the discharge of each lane. As the final preset count is neared, one lane of feed will stop and the second lane will trickle the last couple pieces until count is reached, then the count will reset, dump bin closes, and the count started over. The feeder bowl is manufactured 304 SST, with a hand polish finish for appearance and corrosion resistance. All controls are included.
Cleated Elevating Belt Hoppers – Two, 5 cubic foot capacity cleated elevating belt hoppers would provide storage of bulk product prior to the feeder bowl. The hopper will automatically monitor the level of parts in the feeder bowl and cycle on and off as more parts are required. All hopper controls are included. One hopper is required for each respective feeder bowl – two included.
Mounting Table – A single painted steel mounting plate will provide the sufficient mounting surface required for the vibratory feeder bowls. The table will have a steel tube frame with adjustable leveling isolation feet. The table will be designed for mounting over the included infeed.
Gravity Inline Tracks and Dump Bins – Two 18” long inline tracks would provide transportation to feed the counted parts into a dump bin for interface with the pkg equipment. A count sensor would monitor the number of accumulated parts in dump bin and cycle the feeder bowl on and off as the level of parts in the dump bin is determined, and the readiness of the packaging equipment is verified.
Utility Requirements – 110 Volts AC with 20 Amp Service – per system + 80 PSI with up to 4 CFM usage possible
Count Control and Dump Bin – A control panel with a PLC would control the count from each feeder bowl and would signal the cycle at each count completion. This control panel would interface with the upstream equipment to be certain that a bag/carton is ready before the next dump. The feeder bowl would continue to run as the bagger/count cycles until count is reached. The dump bin would only stay closed until the bagger cycle is complete then open again until count is reached. We can also program the feeder to drop prospective parts straight through the funnel into the case. The dump bin closes while the bagger/case conveys in and cycles, again. Count is pre-set by a touch screen pad on the Control Panel HMI.
